Unfortunately if you no longer have access to the e-mail address you registered with we will not be able to assist.
In this case, you will need to complete a manual submission of your claim, this can be downloaded from the Investrust website or at (insert link).
Please be sure to include proof of ownership over the account in the form of your Btc transaction statement or similar as you will need to prove that the account is indeed yours.
After downloading and compiling your claim, you can submit it via e-mail to [email protected]
